Most of us use twitter and would have almost all our friends/office colleagues following our updates. So it becomes hard to bitch about your ex-girlfriend or about the colleague who drinks coffee but doesn't pay for it.
The anonymous twitter will do just what the name says - give people a website where they can tweet about whatever they want without having to give out their name.
Features:
- update the public timeline without logging in/giving any name/details
- favorite interesting tweets (session maintained through twitter access details)
- search for tweets
Discussions:
- what about blocking of website due to hate speech
- what about blocking of twitter account with all the spamming
Revised features after discussion
- have reddit style up/down vote for tweets
- display popular tweets for the hour
- tweet the top 5 or 10 popular tweets to @yarosaid every hour
- Users can favorite the tweets on twitter
- heavily down voted tweets will be automatically deleted

Based on Google app engine with HTML/CSS/Javascript UI. No fancy stuff.
