PostMortem

Organizers

  • Have better wifi/internet - should be able to handle the large number of connections
  • Try to make it all onsite. Provide some space for sleeping where participants can bring in sleeping bags.

Participants

  • Try to come in to the venue as early as possible. Could have had a short introductions session where everyone explained what they are going to build.
  • Plan the project earlier. Check how the 3rd party libraries work.
  • Have well defined goals every 2-3 hours and talk/show to others about your project status and get feedback. Feature you think is important may not even be needed by others.
